FAQ

What does a visit to the History Centre look like, and how long does it take?
You explore on your own, at your own pace – just scan the QR code at the entrance and follow Robert Makowski’s audio guide. The whole route takes about an hour, but you can stop at any point and come back to it later.
Can I buy a ticket just for the stadium tour?
A ticket to Cracovia History Centre also covers part of the stadium tour – the players’ changing rooms, the VIP stand and VIP zone, and the walk out of the tunnel to pitch level. We don’t sell a separate “stadium only” ticket; everything is part of one visit.
What languages is the audio guide available in?
The recordings are available in Polish, English, Spanish and Italian – the same languages the thematic paths and quiz work in.
Do I need my own headphones?
You don’t have to, but it’s worth bringing them. The audio guide plays in your phone’s browser, so it also works through the speaker – headphones are simply more comfortable, especially when there are more people in the Centre.
Will the recording stop if I check the map or lock my phone?
It may stop – that’s normal browser behaviour. Go back to the page with the recording and press play to resume listening from exactly the same spot.
Can I book a guide for a larger group?
Yes, groups of up to 20 people can tour Cracovia History Centre with a guide – this requires booking in advance and agreeing on a date, but you’ll be able to visit more rooms. Write to us at zwiedzanie@cracovia.pl for details.
Where can I buy tickets?
Only at the Fan Service Point by the stadium, on the ul. Kałuży 1 side. We don’t sell tickets online.
Is the History Centre open on match days?
No, the Centre is closed on match days and public holidays. You'll find Cracovia's fixture list on the club's official website.
How do I get to the Cracovia History Centre?
Public transport is the most convenient option – the nearest stops are about a 3-minute walk away and are served by trams and buses heading to “Muzeum Narodowe” or “Cracovia Błonia”. If you come by car, use the paid car park on site. You’ll find more details in the “How to find us” section of the visitor information page.
Can I visit the museum with a pet?
Aside from assistance dogs, pets unfortunately can't join you on the exhibition.
Can I visit as a wheelchair user?
The current route includes stairs and there is no lift, so it is not yet fully accessible to wheelchair users, but you will be able to see most of it. We are working on assisted tours – ask our staff before your visit and we’ll gladly help you plan it as comfortably as possible.
Can I bring my child?
Absolutely – for younger visitors we’ve prepared elements that let them learn about the club’s history in a more engaging way. You can leave a stroller at reception, and children under 3 visit for free.
